Have you always wanted to learn how to play and sing your favorite songs on the guitar, or sit at a campfire and sing and play till the flames die, or express yourself through music? This eight week course will teach you how to play chords, read a little tab, and figure out strum patterns. By the end, you should be able to find music to most of your favorite songs and figure out how to play them.
This course is designed for adults who have a basic knowledge of music (you can keep a beat, you know what a time signature/measure/quarter note is, etc.). Youth ages 14-17 must have recent or current classes in music. Youth ages 12-13 must have extensive music training.
